Before You Decide

1. Register with FlyForSurgery

You can choose to register online or by calling us. Registration at FlyForSurgery is free and gives you access to a wealth of information on destinations, hospitals and doctors.

2. Get Introduced to Your Home Case Manager

Once you’re registered, you will be introduced to program manager who will assist you in preparing for your medical trip. You will be able to contact your program manager through phone, email, chat or whichever medium suits you best.

3. Review the Requirements for Your Medical Procedure.

Your program manager will send you the a list of requirements which you need to review before you embark on your medical journey. This might include necessary medical documents.

4. Send us Your Medical Documents.

We will arrange transfer of your medical documents such as MRI’s, x-rays, photographs to doctors for initial review. This process is completely secure and private.

5. Complete a Medical Questionnaire

Based on the procedure you are interested in, you may need to fill up a questionnaire which lists your medical history for review by surgeons.

6. Receive Detailed Price Quotations

Based on the above information, you will receive detailed price quotations which provide a breakdown of your total costs including surgery costs, travel costs and accommodation costs.

Before Leaving

1. Review Quotations and Discuss Possible Travel Dates

Based on your choice of accommodation, airline and preferred travel dates, we will be able to offer you quotations for your review.

2. Get Passport & Visa

In case you require a passport or a visa, we will be able to assist you with the same.

3. Confirm Final Itinerary

After we make all reservations based on your choice, we will send you the itinerary for final confirmation. We will also send you detailed guides and general tips to help make your experience hassle free and enjoyable.

4. Get Introduced to Your Destination Case Manager

Your destination case manager will greet you at the airport and assist you throughout your stay. As with the Home Case Manager, your Destination Case Manager will be a phone call away.

5. Departure from the Airport

We will review the checklist before your departure to make sure you have everything in order to Fly for Surgery!

When you Arrive

1. Arrival and Greeting

Your case manager will greet you at your airport and a chauffeur driven air conditioned car (or an ambulance, if required) will take you to your hospital. Your case manager will help complete all the formalities will the hospital with regards to your admission.

2. Medical Consultation

You will have a pre-surgery consultation with your doctor. All necessary medical tests will be conducted at this stage.

3. Surgical Procedure

Your surgical procedure will be performed by your chosen surgeon using state of the art medical equipment. All treatments are performed only in your chosen hospital which is accredited and highly reputed. The doctors treating you will be of the highest reputation and surgery skills, as chosen by you previously.

Post Procedure

1. Post Procedure Recuperation

When your doctor is satisfied, you will be released from the hospital and driven to your hotel to begin recuperation.

2. Post Recuperation Tourism

Once your doctor is satisfied with your recuperation, you will be allowed to enjoy some of the best tourist attractions at your destination. Your Destination Case Manager will be glad to assist you to plan and make necessary arrangements.

3. Departure to Home

You will be assisted with any home care needs, if required. You will be able to follow up with surgeons and the hospital if required.
